• Distributor 40% by Expenditure Rp. 20.000.000,- nett/month
• Main Agent 35% by Expenditure Rp. 5.000.000,- nett/month
• Regular Agent 30% by Expenditure Rp.3.000.000,- nett/month
• Agent 25% by Expenditure Rp.2.000.000,- nett/month
• Agent 20% by Expenditure Rp.1.000.000,- nett/month
• Retail Sales maximum discount 10%.

AGENCY TERMS FOR AGENT AND SUB-AGENTS AZKA

A. AZKA AGENT                   

1. The minimum initial purchase Rp 3.000.000,- after discount.
2. Paying agent fee Rp 100.000,-
3. The agent is entitled to a discount of 40% of the retail price.
4. Minimum routine expenditure purchased Rp. 3.000.000, per month, after discount (accumulated purchases in one month).
5. Agent who fails to comply with the provisions no.4 next month discount drops to 35%, and so on.
6. For agents who do not make a purchase 3 months in a row then it is revoked and the agency should review the terms of the initial agency.
7. Getting things right the maximum returns 20% of the total transaction and no later than 30 days from the date of the transaction. By attaching a Memorandum of transactions (Invoice).
8. Agents can recruit, coordinate the Sub-Agent.

B. SUB-AGENT AZKA

1. The minimum initial purchase Rp 1.500.000 After sub-agent discounts.
2. Paying sub-agent registration fee Rp 25.000 .
3. Discounts for Sub-Agent for 30% of the retail price.
4. Routine expenditure obligations have a minimum monthly Rp 1.500.000, - after discount (Accumulated first purchase in 1 month)
5. If the Sub-Agent is not able to meet no.4 then the next month, the discount drops to 25% and so on.
6. f the Sub-Agent is not a purchase 3 months in a row then it is revoked and must repeat the initial registration.
7. Getting the right goods return a maximum of 10% of the total transaction and no later than 30 days from the date of the transaction by attaching Memorandum of transactions (Invoice).
